There isn't much to report, except today at the gym, the patch shifted and bunched and this evening, I decided to apply a new patch.
I went to a BBQ this afternoon at my friend Jay's place, where earlier we watched the game from the common room. I spoke to a woman there that used to use Ortho Evra the estrogen+progesterone HBC patch. You know, "the patch." She said that she had minimal issues with the bunching and all. Overall, had to find a place that was right and maybe I was wearing the patch in the wrong place.
This time I placed in lower in the buttocks area, hoping that the pulling will be minimal. The site of where the old patch used to be was pink and I used the adhesive remove they gave me to take the gunk on the edges off.
I have to say that this is going to be an issue if this is going to happen each and every time I go to the gym. I didn't go on Friday or Saturday, because I felt super lethargic at the end of the day. Today I tried to go to my usual class of cycling and body conditioning, but was late to the former, so I jogged instead. I am hoping that the new site location is some place where the skin doesn't always move... so it will better adhere.
I guess I also had a bad headache this afternoon, but that could have been due to the fact that I didn't have any H20 out in the roof. Just wine.
