It ain't no big thing...
I guess holding everything in will eventually catch up to you.
I thought I was having a heart attack today. I couldn't breathe, my chest hurt... my head was pounding.. they took my blood pressure and it was 167/110... 113 bpm.
I refused any meds.
There has been a lot of stress latly.. 3 jobs and the world of drama.
sometimes I wish we came with /kill buttons.. or maybe /retry commands.

It will get better. I visit my grandmothers grave about once a week. I miss her.
My aunts in the hospital. I am not too fond of her, but I wish her well.
Maybe this will all be over soon.
