Status Updates
-Laura is CPR certified!
-Laura thinks her roommate situation will work out since Haley signed the contract and sent in -the 3% down payment.
-Laura thinks her roommate is crazy rich since she bought a condo and her dad wants to buy a massive flat screen tv.
-Laura wouldn't mind a massive flat screen tv (even though she'll probably have people over all the time).
-Laura's roommate offered her a full set of furniture for the apartment so that she doesn't have to buy her own!
-Laura is really excited about the possibility of having her own room and 24 hr access to a full-size fridge and all updated kitchen appliances.
-Laura also acknowledges the fact that college cafeteria food wasn't the best for her and making her own food will be super healthy!
-Laura was treated to free lunch at her New Employee Orientation luncheon and free ice cream at a ice cream social for her job and PAID for both and then proceeded to do tie-dying with the kids.
-Laura tie-dyed her socks as if they were flames!
-Laura is playing FFXII is kind of obsessed with it right now but doesn't know how long that will last.
-Laura needs a hair cut and to dye it again -- it's been 7 months since I've dyed it, sheesh!
-Laura is EXCITED that her shaggy haired boo is coming to town on Wednesday!!!! :)
-Laura works with an adorable 6 yr old mexican girl that says I'm her favorite teacher and hugs me and always wants me to play with her.
-Laura just wanted to add this this little girl loves jumproping and exercising -- just like her!
-Laura also had a super cute little 2 yr old mexican boy fall asleep while she was holding him.
-Laura just wanted to add that he has suppper long eyelashes.
-Laura wishes she could take pictures of all the cutest kids and show everyone.
-Laura has tomorrow OFF and will thusly spend most of the day playing FFXII.
-Laura comes home AUGUST 13th! :) But then leaves August 25th and will miss her friends and her shaggy haired companion.
-Laura is holding on to the dregs of her summer as tight as she can. And yet wishes the days would go by faster until Wednesday rolls around.
