Fic Idea!
I watched the movie "Timer" today with Anya from Buffy (ANYA!!! I'm still not over her death!).
Anyways, I has a fic idea:
Where Dean is living with Lisa, who has a blank timer (timers are this device you can get implanted that count down to when you'll meet your EPIC TRUE LOVE!!! If your Epic True Love doesn't have a timer and you have one, your timer remains blank until they get the handy little gadget) and forces Dean to get one, because if Dean is going to help raise Ben, she needs to be sure that he's The One.
Except, of course, when Dean gets his timer, it's not waiting for Lisa.
Cue the timer going off when he meets Castiel randomly one day in the Supermarket!
Throw in some sexual crisis and denial and Free Will parallels!
Oh, and a happy ending.
I'm thinking about doing this - my first big Supernatural Fic.
