oh sara! this is so beautiful!

it was achy and sad and i hate how it seems like even spencer doesn't know ryan anymore (and spencer answering with a question? so perfect how that one little detail said so much) and how even though so much has changed between ryan and brendon, there is still all of those old habits of brendon's (the hair flipping, the stress ryan usually only saw connected with brendon's work hours, the strain in his voice) that ryan still recognizes.

WOW at first I thought it was me who thinks everything is changing in this band but seems like everyone noticed.

It seemed so real though it was fiction and you captured Ryan drifting from them (Brendon and Spencer) really good.
The part about the fact that his new friends wasn't there from the beginning but Brendon was were really good:)

Unfortunately, I think that it's pretty obvious how much they're changing.
But I do think that they'll come back to each other - they HAVE TO!

How serious are we talking, because I was planning on leaving it open.
I was throwing around the idea of doing a ridiculous "Ryan fixes everything and fails at it" fic just for fun.
Just think, planning these BIG GESTURES that are complete and utter failures.
And, of course, much falling down.

"fail" is starting to sound strange now since I've used it so many times.

God,I love your writing.This story kind of hurt but in a way I can't explain.The part about Brendon's voice getting meek in only a way that happened during their first tour when he said they were drifting broke my heart.I think you created this moment to be beautifully realistic.It's wonderful,darling.
