Finally done
After slogging for the past 2 weeks, my proposal is finally done. I have looked through it n times, that I am totally desensitised, and I cannot spot any more errors. So if there are any more mistakes, I can only blame it on "human error". Now, I am dead tired, but I still can't sleep. WHY? Cuz the file is friggin' huge - 17MB, and it is taking forever to be sent! argghhh... I need my sleep!
