Had 1 good meal today
i went back to good old Shaw Towers and had duck rice @ Alex's Place. IT was FABULOUSS!!! If u have not tried it, I can assure u that it is THE BEST, if not one of the best duck/char siew rice I have ever eaten. Succulent meat over heavily gravy-drizzled rice, with a pickled vegetable side AND it is only 4 bucks. EXCELLENT.
After that one good meal, the other meal I had with Ad was overated to the max.
U know superdo*g @ Vivo... I read so many reviews abt how delicious the sausages are, how soft and bouncy their buns are. I was so imagining myself in heaven when I took a bite and I got a slap back to reality. It was OKAY at most. The chilli fries was not fantastic, I had a greater time eaten the normal ones. And a meal cost almost 8++ bucks. exorbitant...
