Happy Halloween!!!

The Monsters Ball was amazing. George brought Stone down from Orlando and we totally hit it off. He's a fabulous kind of guy. First we started at a Halloween store then we went to Goodwill and I picked out outfits for the boys. We were laughing our asses off and making so much noise. Everyone there was looking at us (in our wigs and sunglasses) and laughing, too. I picked out the boys' clothes. They looked amazingly British and swingerish. Hahaha. So much for George being Dali. Anyways, we got ready and arrived at the event around 12. All of the bands had already played and the installations were over. STILL! 200-300 people were there.

The venue started at the entrance to a hallway that was designed with huge webs and trippy lighting effects. It emptied into a very spacious outdoor area and all of a sudden the bass was pumping and we saw EVERYONE. Woo Hoo! The bar was open and Dom, Megan, and Jackie were manning it. I kept ordering vodka and cran. I have noooooo idea how much I ended up drinking. I didn't see James and Johnny very much. I saw Jon only at the very end as we were leaving. He was all over this one girl. What a heel.

Alas, George, Stone and I danced and danced and smoked and danced and smoked... Hahaha. Good times! The place had all these rooms and hallways and weird ass shit. Apparently there was a balcony overlooking the whole thing and they both went up there. I have no idea where I was at the time. Probably on my way into the costume contest. =) I went onstage with the boys after my wardrobe malfunction (my gowns' strap broke) but George let me wear a trashique leopard print rain coat he bought. I took my feathered hat off; probably for the best, because when we started swing dancing my wig flew across the floor. LOL. Overall, there wasn't anyone amazing that I met or hooked up with, but we had a great time being together. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant pair to spend Halloween with. When Stone began stumbling from side to side, I knew it was our cue to exit (he's 6'1"). I said my farewells and thanked the "Johns" for their hospitality.

Stone passed out in the car and we went to IHOP. George and I tried waking him up, but he was too heavy. LOL. If you had seen us... There were all these people outside watching us shove his feet into the car. I think they thought we had a dead body. =D Food was, well, lets just say I didn't follow my 400 plan. AT ALL this weekend. That's what happens when BFFs visit you and all you do is go out for food. It was worth it, though. Afterwards, we drove to my place and passed out. Stone never did leave the car. He said that he woke up sometime during the morning and had to pee but didn't know where he was. Apparently, he dragged his body out of the car, peed in front of my neighbor's lawn and got back into the car. I can't imagine how utterly insane he must have looked (powdered wig, snakeskin pants, and all).

When I woke up around 11, I hustled him out of my vehicle, up the stairs and into bed. While the boys slept, I decided to get some sun and let my hangover bake off. There was a woman at the pool who told me that she had slept with nearly all the men in our neighborhood. Interesting. Especially considering how overweight and aged she was. I will never treat my body like that. Nevertheless, she was quite nice and offered me a cigarette when I was fiending for one.

George and Stone finally woke up and my father took us out to lunch. We went to Walgreens and dropped off the pictures to be developed, but Stone had to go to Halloween Horror Nights. After much negotiation, George agreed to let Stone drive his car back to Palm Beach. George stayed behind and we smoked at the nature preserve close to my house. It was really nice. I am so happy to have such an incredible friend like him. Not a lot of people are that lucky. The park was calm and quiet, the breeze felt wonderful sweeping across our skin. I haven't had such a happy high in a long time. I drove us back to Palm Beach in my car and George picked up his car from Stone's place. We said our goodbyes and I love yous and headed for the road.

I ended up skipping class yesterday and spending the day with my mom. She is officially dating a guy named Andy. It's weird because my parents haven't been divorced for a year. I suppose if he makes her happy, though, and tells her she's beautiful then he couldn't be that much of a wretch. My mother is gorgeous, but my father (a photographer) never emphasized that.

She told my little sister... I don't know how I feel about the situation. After hearing more about him, I do feel better. He seems like a person with really cool interests-deep sea fishing, sail boating, biking, dancing, going to baseball and football games. That's all stuff she loves, so it's nice for her. Plus, he can get us box seat tickets.

I, of course am still single. Johnny comes on Friday and I don't know what to think. My daddy said he's "really excited." I'm not going to get excited until I physically see him here. We have a way of slipping past each other's being. This summer I was so psyched to visit him in Atlanta and he never came down from Charleston. I will not count my chickens before they hatch.

Whatever is going to happen is fate. I have prayed for God's guidance almost two years now. What is his will... will be.

And thats about it. I presented a huge project today with some girls from class. It turned out great, my goodie bags were a success. I'm proud of myself. Midterms are next week and I think everything will be fine. =)

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPY HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLOWEEN!!!!
