Today was a pretty good day. Seems my Voice and Diction class unanimously agreed that I have an amazing voice. That's always a nice esteem boost. Apparently a bunch of people in my class worked on the radio, either as a host or behind the scenes, so I've been getting some good advice. Rolex, absolutely. And I think you should totally go with something vintage because all the girls will love you. All the sensible ones anyway. If you want to be super-swank - get a pocket watch with a gorgeous chain! A guy in my fiction class had one, and it was strangely magnetic...

Actually I was thinking about a pocket-watch. But then it would contend for space with my cell phone... and that would get really annoying. I mean my pockets already have too much stuff in them!

And as amazing as those vintage watches are (And they really are, specially this one - http://www.yorktime.com/watches?cid=-1:sku=271 ), I just simply can't spend $1,500 on a watch. All the ones in my price range.. I.E. under $500.. aren't too amazing.

That watch is gorgeous! I love the triple dial, and the old-timey goodness of the second marks, mmm, very classy. But yeah, sorry, expensive. I tend to overlook the dollar signs when I get excited...

Screw your mobile - watches are far more important! (says she who last owned a watch in primary school - a candy pink plastic thing) And a pocket-watch would help you cultivate an awesomely intriguing persona for when you go to voice-over interviews. Speaking of which, could you hurry up with the sound clips? I really want to hear!
