this calls for an update
Let me start by saying I just woke up.
Last night we played up in St. J with a bunch of other bands including the Manix, Achtung!, Red Light America, Jonee Earth Band, Ex-Romantics, and the Drop Dead Quartet. It was a good time. People didn't really get into the music all that much, but it didn't help that we didn't get to play the song we wanted to finish with...which would have rocked the place right. I got to meet some cool people, signed a girls stomach, played some music, and got the Mchook-up from Sean when we went for food after. We have another show on new years in Claremont....if you're interested, let me know!
I am soooo glad that class is over for the semester. I should probably take classes next semester, but I don't know if that's what I want to do. If I was super motivated and still at wit's end with this town then I could probably get into CSC for the spring like I had wanted to...but I'm having some second guesses about that. I'm also having second guesses about whether or not I want to take classes at all next semester. If I didn't, I'd be able to work more (and not be so damn broke all the time)...I'd also have time to work on my music...which has been far and few between because of class, hw, work, practice, and sleep. So much to decide...so little time.
On a good note though...I got two B's and an A this semester...which will enable me to get into CSC, VTC, or at least a school that I'd like to go to.
I wish I had more to say that wasn't so exterior, but that never gets me anywhere...
