I've realized that sometimes being an Animal Activist is annoying as hell. Don't get me wrong I will always believe that Animals do not deserve to die, or put through any sort of pain for the sake of humans. However, I have become rather frusterated with myself

I'm actually not vegan, i am a vegitarian.. because I can't give up dairy..I completely see why people eat meat.. I don't have a problem with eating meat. I basically have a problem with the way they go about getting the meat.. if they kept them all out in the pasture to have a happy healthy life and when they became old they were euthanized I would not have a problem.. I would still not eat meat just because I freak out but I wouldn't have a problem with it.

I never was a huge fan of meat so that wasn't to hard for me.. the hard part is the leather. I kknnooow how nice leather looks, and all shoes and bags and wallets and belts and many jackets are made with leather and its soooo hard to find something that looks good. Sometimes that is the area I stray from.. but its accidentally.

My main main thing with my animal activism is animal testing. Its actually not a hard thing to do. Their are soo many great companies that don't test on animals. For example: MAC or Almay makeup, Paul Mitchell for hair, St. Ives and Alba for skin. I also found out each vegitarian saves the lives of 75 animals each year.. and since they are my passion its what I do..

DONT GET ME WRONG THOUGH.. I have nooottthhing against carnivores (haha), or people who USE the products. I am against those who make the products...I also just feel that everyone should be aware.. :)

ahhh i getcha. i guess i just feel like, well... it's human nature to hunt, but we don't have to do it in such a barbaric way ha. I mean, it's animal instinct to hunt and kill to survive, but we definately could do it in a more humane way, like what you said, euthanizing them when they got old.

i'll definitely check out that website. i think that's probably the easiest thing i can do, finding products whose companies don't test on animals. :) ha what better reason to buy makeup from MAC? that store is amazing! haha.

i love you too babe. did i ever tell you that i got to catch your radio show during winter break once? it sucked that that was the only time i could listen because i had class during your usual broadcasts, but i looooved hearing your voice on the radio. :) i actually signed up to do SCAD Radio this year ha. Did you really?? :) that means alot. My show actually succked pretty bad but its all g. Radio shows are soo fun today I hope you get it! let me know I definitly want to listen!!

PS MAC really is amazing its my life. haha
