Never really Addressed.
Black racism on white people in England has for a long time been tolerated, without it ever really being addressed as a problem. Even today with the many changes for the better, black people still feel they are treated as second class and discriminated.
Yet it is they who fail to admit their own racism towards Africans and West-Indian, Asian-Indians and all white people.
When this area of rascism is recognised and dealt with, then we will start to have some progress in improving racial relations to the point of the whole subject becoming history. But if it continues as it is now, then the same problems will continue to repeat themselves.
