Bulgaria has come to discover that joining the European Union is now not as everything was promised. Thirty years ago and on from that time, it was boom time, but in the last five years it has been bust time. Unfortunately very rich Germany does not want to carry weak countries anymore.
You kind of saw some of that attitude in the recent Euro-vision song contest, where Ireland and Spain were left behind in the voting.
