Grandpa's present
I'd like to thank everyone who commented for the input. I decided to go for the wine. As he prefers white wine, I got him a nice bottle of Iločki Traminac (Traminer from Ilok) from 2003. If it was good enough to be served at the coronation of Queen Elisabeth II, it will be good enough for my grandfather, I bet :)

He liked the present, but as always, he was far more happy to see me. My parents bought him a bottle of Jägermeister packed with some glasses. Was a nice little family reunion, took me back to the past a bit.
