the human race constantly amazes me. everyday, it's something new, and none for the better.
who would have thought water could be owned?
we were blessed to live on a beautiful planet, and we do nothing but destroy everything we touch.
are we unlike Midas?
are we unlike any slave owner?
are we unlike Hitler?
are we unlike the snake in the garden?
our species is one that strives to survive.
we spill the blood of our enemies if it means we live for one more day.
some fight because they must; there is no other choice.
others fight because they lust after their own selfish desires.
after all these years, you would think we would have learned from our mistakes.
what this world needs is a leader...
but who will listen?
