I hate my health

Tired...
Third working week...
All I feel that is tired. I'm tired not that I hate my work or I hate contacting customers. I'm tired because my health is geting down. 
I'm sick all time I am sitting at my desk. I'm headache, throat ache, stomatch ache... and feel my body not working.....
I think going to hospital for a check my health but I don't have free time. 
This Saturday, I'm coming back my home town. I'm afraid my health don't allow :((
