I am dismayed to find that - just as the other occupants of the house have claimed - we are indeed trapped here. I...cannot say that I'm proud of myself for rushing into this case as quickly and carelessly as I did. Clearly, I should have known better. I suppose I should have expected it; Wright never seems to fail when it comes to landing himself in undesirable situations.
