So, it's Jun's birthday, and I've been sewing :D

Here's my new keitai strap, in all of its crooked glory. I got this idea from someone on deviantart, but theirs had an all felt rainbow. I don't have that many colors of felt, so I found my craft thread (after I already embroidered Jun's name with regular thread xD) and decided to do it that way. I'll probably end up with one for all the members, and even an Arashi one :D

And here's my new and improved plushie Jun. Well, at this point, it could still be Jun or Nino since they both wore the purple shirt, but I think I'll end up making it Jun and giving it to Izumi for her birthday (unless I come up with a different design...). I used my own clothes that I don't wear anymore, and that shirt IS purple, I just don't have photoshop to get it back to the right color ^-^;; Also, as you can see, I still need to paint the face on and give him hair, which I'll probably do/start tonight.

Anyway, Jun somehow became my favorite in the space of a year. I'm not really sure when he slowly edged his way over Sho just a little, but Natsuniji probably had a lot to do with it. That and him suddenly becoming Izumi's favorite and the only one we really talk about. And it could be that his smile's gotten so much brighter and more real in the last few months. Don't get me wrong, I still love all the rest as well (especially Sho), but Jun's sitting on top now. I don't care what anyone thinks of him; he's my favorite. If someone would've told me he would be my favorite now two years ago, I would've laughed at them. I was in love with Aiba, and I thought Jun was stuck-up and heartless, and completely loved irritating Sho and Aiba and sometimes even Nino. But he's not at all stuck up, he loves his members, and he's such a big dork you can't help but laugh at him.

It might be cliche to say, but without Jun, Arashi wouldn't be where they are today.
I hope you got all you wanted for your birthday and more, and hopefully some time with your dear bandmates.
Here's to a wonderful birthday, and many many more.
