Fest-related updating and preparation
I've updated the rules, schedules, and submission guidelines for 
hogwarts_houses and
snapecase toward their next runs (please see the communities' profiles for the changes if interested). I've also prepared the
h_houses_mod and
snapecase_mod accounts to receive new participants for their related fests by clearing their friends' lists (only mods and current participants are ever friended by those accounts, so previous participants shouldn't take this personally). The rules for both fests have changed ever so slightly, for the most part to bring them up to date and make them clearer, but also to make both sets of rules consistent with each other because the Hogwarts' Houses Fest and the Snape Showcase have the same structure if different themes.
P.S. The one big change is in Hogwarts' Houses; during its next run, the fifth house category will be called Hogwarts; entries created for the Hogwarts house category will concern the school as a whole rather than only one of its houses because I think there is a lot of scope for the imagination in treating the school as a house, however one defines that concept.
