updated zoo count... goodbye chick
The dogs got to Chick and killed her. Katie didn't want me to go outside to see what had happened but it was pretty obvious.
Oh, did I fail to mention that we got chicks? Yeah, it'll be a while until we get eggs from them but man are they adorable. Joey, Chandler, and Chick; although poor Chick is sadly gone. I guess that's another trip to Dixon soon for Chick Jr.
So anyone keeping track: 3 chickens (well, 2 chicks and soon to be another 3rd), 2 dogs, a cat (perhaps 2 soon), 3 gerbils, 5 rats, 2 bunnies (when Alex doesn't kidnap Bun-Bun), a dwarf hamster, 3 frogs, 2 guinea pigs, a baby hummingbird... am I missing anything?
