gavin degraw is playing the state theater on the 13th. i cannot wait! everytime he plays in the bay area its at this club thats 21+..so finally!
the weather sucks here. i hate the heat in california but i love when its nite time and still hot. i love wearing a skirt and a tanktop at 2am and being comfortable. here its like either cloudy and cold, raining, cloudy and hot, or just hot during the day and cold at night. it drives me crazy i think.
i've been thinking a lot about the hanson concert the other night and there was something about it. i felt like i was looking at me like 5 years ago. looking at the girls squished against the barricade reaching as far as the could just to touch taylor. waiting outside for hours if not all night before the show just to be against that barricade. it was almost like an accomplishment in a way. then there were the girls who brought me back even further who had the guys names written all over their arms and faces, screaming their damn heads off. definitely reminded me of me at shoreline. the whole ride to hampton i was reassuring my brother that hanson fans had grown up.. like me. who didnt have isaac written on my forehead. i don't know.. i just thought, maybe more like hoped, that things would have been different this time around.
maybe it was just that show. the crowd seemed like it was filled with 16 year old girls, who knows.
okkk and im off to freeport for some shopping!
oh and..i love michael phelps!
