[What:] Rabi and Rinali talk briefly about how the Earl/Tyki kidnapped Kanda and Komui. ;A;
[Anything else:] This is ridiculously short. And like. Emo. We torture characters and make them cry. :B ...well okay no crying. yet.

Rinali stared out at the wreckage of the train her and Kanda had been traveling in on their way to Portugal. One of the Noah--Tyki Mikk, she believed he was--had attacked the train, trying to ambush them. She scanned the area, looking for the Noah, and any sign of Kanda. She touched the small golem on her shoulder, and it fluttered to life. "Is anyone there?"
Rabi had just finished passing out coffee to the science department in the library. Since Rinali wasn't there to do it, somebody had to. On his way out, his golem sprang to life and began flapping around in the air in front of him. A moment later Rinali's voice sounded and he looked at the golem curiously. "Rinali? This is Rabi," he replied. "How's the mission going?" He walked to a quieter part of the library so he could hear her more clearly.
"We haven't even gotten to Portugal yet." She said. She began moving around the wreckage, looking for the other Exorcist. "Tyki Mikk attacked the train. We were able to fend him off... but I don't know what happened to Kanda. I can't find him."
Rabi stiffened automatically, worst-case scenarios immediately flooding his mind. After a long pause of tense silence, he shook his head and swallowed thickly. "Shit. Are you okay?" he asked, telling himself to stay calm.
"Yeah, I'm fine..." Rinali said. She could hear Rabi's voice shaking slightly, but she shook it off. "How's everything back there? Tyki said the Earl had 'business' to take care of...'
Rabi took a deep breath before speaking. He suddenly felt ridiculously stressed. "Things are normal here, I guess..." he paused, thinking. "Wait, did you say the Earl had.. business? Komui's been missing--but, you know how he is. I.. Rinali, do you think--?" he trailed off, not want to finish the sentence.
Rinali froze. "He... what?" her eyes were wide as she stared at the fluttering black golem in front of her. "Nii-san's..... missing?"
Rabi glanced away from the golem, looking around at the other scientists. "Nobody's caused a fuss about it, since we thought he might just be working on another project--we were all just hoping it wasn't another Komrin, but..." Rabi crossed his arms and furrowed his eyebrows. He sighed deeply, then ran a hand through his hair. "The Earl... might have taken him."
Rinali was silent for a moment, trying to tell herself that what Rabi had just said wasn't true. Taking a deep breath, she finally spoke again, unable to stop her voice from shaking. "I'm coming back.... I'll be home in a couple of hours."
Rabi clutched nervously at the hammer strapped to his thigh, his body feeling fidgety. His hands were shaking in a mix of anger and anxiety. "Alright... I'll see you when you get home, and notify everyone of... what happened," he said quietly, his voice sounding a little distant. "I'm sorry," he muttered after a moment, not knowing what else to say.

Rabi had already informed the science department of what was going on with the Earl, but he dreaded telling Allen. He made his way to the dining hall, where Allen would probably be, and wasn't surprised to find him sitting at one of the tables. He sat down a bit moodily across from Allen once he found the other boy, watching him eat for a moment before saying anything.
Allen peered up at Rabi curiously when the redhead sat down across from him with a rather dark expression. He slurped his noodles, giving a small burp and a light "excuse me" before picking up a bowl of rice. "Is something wrong, Rabi?" He blinked. Rabi hadn't put out such an expression before... it must be something pretty extreme to slump the redhead.
Rabi looked at Allen. "It's the Earl. And Tyki," he replied. He didn't like having to repeat this news. The nervousness grew and his anger at the Earl and his Noahs festered in his stomach. "I just talked to Rinali. Tyki attacked the train they were on, and... Yuu's missing. So is Komui."
Allen spat out his food. "... what?"
Rabi frowned and glanced away for a moment. The more he thought about it, the more his nervous feelings turned into anger. He looked back at Allen. "Rinali's on her way back Home now."
Allen began to utter a string of curses under his breath, but he did not cease to stuff his face-- only in a more aggressive manner. He did not expect the Earl to actually act up on his words-- then again, this was the Earl. Allen snarled, gulping down a mouthful of water and slamming the glass onto the table.
"When she gets back, I think the three of us should leave as soon as we find out where he has them. We need to get them back as soon as possible," he said, a bit of his anger showing through in his grumpy tone.
Allen offered Rabi a twitching smile, glass shattering in his hand. "Of course, Rabi. We can't let those fuckers Noahs have their way with Kanda and Komui-san."
Rabi dodged a piece of glass that flew in his direction. He ignored the fact that several Finders were now staring at Allen as if he were insane. He stood abruptly and nodded. "I need to go let the others know what's happened. Rinali should be back Home later tonight. Once she gets here, we need to work on figuring out where they are."
Allen growled, tempted to just run into the fight blindly. Though Rinali would be terribly upset if that happened again. He frowned in his thoughts, glaring randomly at a shard of broken glass and flexed his hand, watching the blood trail down his palm. He licked at the wound, pondering many fun ways like bowling with the Earl's teeth.
Rabi looked at Allen's wounded hand and frowned. "Don't get yourself hurt before we even leave, Allen." He tried to force a half-smile, but it ended up awkward and unhappy. He was in far too bad a mood to pull it off. "Anyway, I'll talk to you again once Rinali gets here," he said, waving and walking off.
"They'll be fine, Rabi. I swear my life on it."
Rabi stopped, then turned to face Allen again. After a moment, he let a small smile spread on his lips. It was sincere this time. "..You're right. We'll get them back," he replied.
Allen nodded at Rabi before standing, swiftly moving out of the hall. Fuck, he'll get them back.
