hehe thats a great song....
So as usual Rutledge was amazing! I was in a cabin with Heather, Keri, and Jen. That right there tells you how great the week was. Ashley was across the unit from us, which made it even better. So in a nutshell there were highs, lows, rain, lots of bugs, Keri's table beating her up, lots of girls in our unit running around in little to no clothes, singing, fights, TICKS (!), tears, and I got close to some people I never thought I'd get another chance to be good friends with again. Keri, Ashley, and I got to know each other a lot better and all I have to say is those girls are amazing! I don't know what I'd do without them because they made the week a whole lot easier! My cluster was pretty good. Becky, Garrett, Chris, and I were all together so it was interesting. We had a lot of deep convos where basically is was the 4 of us talking. I met another guard girl who goes to South, so we're gonna meet up when CHS plays South. Did I mention it was a great week?
When we got home Friday we all went to Rob's house and I ended up staying there until about 2 am. We watched Team America.... durka durka has a whole new meaning lol So many things about my converstaions with Eric were explained while I was watching that movie. And it was a tad uncomfortable sitting on a couch with Josh laying on my knee and Travis right next to me on the other side. Hahaha gotta love the guys.... Saturday I met up with some people at the mall and we all just hung out and walked around. That night we all met up at Stone Mountain to watch the lazer show. Then we grabbed some food at Waffle House and went to blow some stuff up at Travis' house. Jen, Kim, Keri, and Heather stayed at my house that night and we all got up early and made a Starbucks run before we went to church. Sunday my friend Daniel and I went to Rob's for a lil while. Travis, JT, and Heather were there watching 1 Million Years BC and playin apples to apples. I feel bad for Heather bc until I got there she was the only girl there. Then we ran over to the Petty's with Heather, but that was boring so we met up with the guys at Travis' again and blew up some more stuff. Rob and Daniel totally destroyed a Fanta can and the rest of us just kinda watched. On the 4th I met up with Josh, Julie, Jen, and Chris at Mall of GA. Things were kinda mixed up, but we ended up finding Stacey Lee and Michael and we ate at Ruby Tuesday. Callie, Charlie, Heather, and Nick joined us, so it was pretty fun. Then we met up with Matt, JT, Travis, Lauren Ashley, and some parents to watch the fireworks. That was fun except it rained on us a lot. But geez I love those kids. We all couldn't be more different, but we get along great and can just be stupid and have fun with each other. I went with Jen to go see Mr. and Mrs. Smith Tuesday and I FINALLY got to see Mike. I haven't seen him since school got out and he was working when we left and he saw me and was like ALY!!! and we ran to the lil door so we could attack each other lol. Gosh I missed him!! I'm glad he's still in one piece considering his car....well... isn't. It was such a hot car too! Then yesterday I went to Jen's and we watched First Daughter. Then we went over to the Walter's to play some form of baseball, eat pizza, and watch a movie. Fun times until later on in the night, but I won't get into that.
Now for bad news. For those of you who don't know my nana put in the hospital earlier this week (Tuesday) because she wasn't feeling well. She has bone and bone marrow cancer and it's been gettin worse lately. The doctors had to take her off the chemo she was taking because it was shutting down her kidneys. They don't know if they caught it in time, so there is a chance she might have to be put on dialysis. Meanwhile they're trying to find a new form of chemo for her to take, but the only thing left is a very harsh form of it. Basically it's a no win situation. I have no idea what's going to happen but it would be really nice if any of you who are religious would start to pray for her and everyone in my family. We all appreciate it.
And I guess that's about it. I'm leaving on Saturday to go on a mission trip to Indianopolis for a week. So I won't be around for a while. I'll have my cell, but technically we aren't allowed to have them. So text me and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. :)
Just a little reminder to all my friends: I love you guys so much. You all mean more to me than you could ever know and I guarantee each one of you has had an impact on my life. Thanks for everything you guys have done for me! :)
