Ah, Valentines Day...
I am once again stuck at home, in bed, now with a glorious 102+ degree fever, and coughing so violently I worry about waking the neighbors. And I hardly ever get fevers. Fun.
It sucks being stuck in bed and home, alone -- especially when I actually want to be at work today. I couldn't use a substitute for my class last night, and therefore ended up waking up at 4:30pm with a 102.7 degree fever and then driving down to the city so that I could give a lecture and midterm review. God be praised, I actually made it 3 of the 4 hours through the class and through all of my lecture before I started hacking up a lung again. I was going to help the students out with their lab work, but it got to the point where I couldn't finish a sentence without coughing, so I excused myself from the class.
