I've really been meaning to update for awhile now. It's just hard to sit down to it when you know you're going to get sucked into the time-wasting attention-grabbers the internet has to offer. I'm about to go to brunch with my girl Dana, but I wanted to drop a line to say that everything is well. This is the real buckle-down, 7 day work week every week, no eating out, watch television at home month where we're going to try to move out. Well-wishes are welcome. Craigslist and CL offer some promising solutions, but I'm not overlooking the major properties either. Anyone know of any good deals or areas with good deals? Our requirements are these:

-House, duplex, or apartment
-2 or more bedrooms
-1000 or more sq ft
-<$1000/month.
-Washer/dryer (or at least the hookup- I can't picture myself trying to care for a newborn AND toting baskets to the laundromat, even if it is "on site")

I'll make a real post later.
