This is great. I've only ever been peripherally interested in crossdressing, but the way you write it really allows me to appreciate it as a kink. It's like, it's not just smut, it's like a really good exploration of the kink, and of their relationship. I love how seriously and sensitively Louis tries to handle the lipstick issue, despite how much he wants it. The interaction between him and Harry is really just amazing.

Harry says nothing for a long moment, snapping off the cap and winding the lipstick up a little, looking at it. "Actually," he says, "I just thought-if you wanted to, you could put it on me again."

"No," says Louis quickly, even though a fairly large part of him is saying yes, god, please. "No, it's okay Haz, really. We can just forget about it, I don't mind."

"No, I meant-" Harry frowns to himself, and then slips onto the sofa beside Louis, holding out the tube. "I meant, like. I want you to."

That bit especially just killed me dead. I just love the delicacy in how you handled it, and how the overarching sensuality isn't diminished by Louis's hesitation.

It's like, I read a lot of fanfiction, but I've never seen anybody handle characterisation as well as you. The dialogue is superb - so natural, and so authentic. You're probably the most talented author I've read, and I'm so so glad you're in this fandom and shipping Larry.

It's really difficult not to sound like a creepy stalker when commenting on something so good, but, just... thank you.

Dialogue and characterisation are SO important to me, so I'm really glad that the way I write them works for you. I guess it's just really important to me for things to be as believable as possible, so if the dialogue sounds unnatural or the interaction is off somehow then it's just not right. I'm really glad that this made you appreciate the kink a little more, and that you liked the story in general. ♥
