I'm thinking that I'll probably drop the Canadian Short Story class, because I only wanted four classes and I've been given five, and who wants an extra class they don't need that starts at 10:00 in the morning three days a week? It'd also give me fridays off. Woo! Long weekend! Done now!
In other, more shocking news. What is with Premiers quitting so suddenly this year?? First Steve Bracks, now Peter Beattie? The one thing that is really beginning to annoy me just a little about being overseas is how I'm finding out the news. I'd really like if there were some sort of email signup list where they'd send me a daily digest of the biggest news articles. I have to sift through all the shite and unimportant stuff to find the real things and I'm almost certain I'm missing things that I would've been interested in had I still been at home.
So someone: set that up, and I'd pay you for it.
