A New Direction...

Since before I moved to GA I have been trying to figure out what I want to do with my life, yeah I have a good paying job but I really do not have a passion for what I do, what do I have a passion for, what do I enjoy... well those of you who know me well, know I love cooking! I like making people happy, I enjoy the instant gratification in a well self cooked meal and well if I have not cooked for you I'm sorry.

I have decided to pursue an Associates Degree at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Once I figure out how I am going to pay the tuition I will be attending class M-F 6PM-11PM for 15 months, 1 class at a time (each lasting 3 weeks I think). I am going next Friday (not tomorrow) to submit my Admissions Application. It will be rough, working 40 hr per week and going to school 25 hrs per week. Luckily I have vacation days I can take it I need a break from work. But, it is all about doing what it takes to get what you want. Wish me luck, I will have pretty much no free time except on the weekends which I will mostly be spending with Mike since that is about the only time I will get to spend time with him. I hope to start classes no sooner than April and no later than July - just depends on a few variables.
