The time has come. Bank of America offered the position I applied for and I have accepted. My last day with Charter will be July 15th. Mike is flying up from ATL on Friday night @ 9 or so and we are picking up the truck on Saturday morning loading it up and hitting the road. !~yay~! SO... about that party. yeah.... Friday the 15th 6pm till whenever... (I will have to leave for a quick minute to pick Mike up from the Air Port @ 1130pm) @ my friend Arida's - she lives in the highlands near Phoenix Hill on Breckenridge St. I will post an address later.

The job offer experience was interesting. BofA offered me more $$ than I am making now - 3 weeks of vacation, benefits after 30 days, and a lot of other cool perks. She was uncertain about my schedule so I told her to get back to me with all the details and I would have an answer for her after I spoke to Charter. Since I was originally trying to transfer to the Duluth Charter office and had 2 interviews there last weekend I follower up with them, informed the that BofA had made me an offer and that I wanted to verify that is I chose to transfer with charter that is would be a lateral move, which she said it would (meaning no extra $$)I then told her I was going to have to take the BofA offer since it was more $$ and thanked her for her time. She understood and was very plesant. A bout an hr later I received a phone call from Charter asking how much I was offered cuz they were going to try to match it :) man that makes a person feel special. They did not get back to me last night but I thought about things and decided that I would be happier in the BofA position then the Charter Dispatch office so when BofA called me last night around 7:30PM I officially accepted the offer and found out my schedule would be 7a-4p M-F (SWEET!). Mike is happy for me and we are both very excited.
