[Blaine looks…confused, but he's going to try and make light of the situation he has found himself in. It won't do any good for him to panic.]So, did I get cast as Dorothy without knowing it or something? Because I don't have the figure for a dress and those red shoes, while classy, I don't think I can pull off. They're a bit too…glittery, and it's

[He's totally serious. We don't joke about glitter here. There's no hint of recognition on his face at all as he replies though - in fact, he actually seems a little distracted by a fashion magazine he's flipping through on his bed. That's only mildly rude, right? He was mostly pinged by the mention of Dorothy and glitter, really.]
Anyway, this is Wonderland, and you get a gold star for realizing it isn't a dream without someone having to explain that part to you. [Clap clap clap!] Unfortunately, we're all stuck here until whenever it wants to send us home again.

It's worse when you get it in your hair. Even with short hair it takes forever to wash and brush out.
[Glitter is the bane of existence.]
Don't know if I prefer being in Oz. [Some small hesitation.] I guess you've been here a while, Kurt?
Reply
I have, but...I'm sorry, have we met before? How do you know who I am?
Reply
Yes...? I was talking to you about five minutes ago at Dalton Academy?
[He doesn't think Kurt forgets people super fast like that....]
Reply
[That sounds familiar for some reason...probably because Finn spoiled him about getting transferred.]
...I've never been to Dalton. I've heard of it though. It sounds significantly better than my high school.
[Sigh. Why can't all schools be run like boys' private schools?]
Reply
Well, I guess this just means I'll need to get reacquainted. [Even if they've only just met, but DETAILS.]
I'm Blaine Anderson, I guess formerly part of the Warblers at Dalton Academy if I'm not going back any time soon. We're one of your rivals for Sectionals this year.

...That actually explains a lot. Time is bizarre here - I think I'm actually over six months younger than you're remembering me, if not more. It's all confusing and I don't pretend to understand it. But I know because we didn't compete with your school this year at Sectionals - we were up against Jane Addams Academy and Haverbrook School for the Deaf.
Either way, it's nice to meet you, Blaine. ...Again. I'm Kurt Hummel, but you apparently already knew that.
Reply
Okay. Weird, but you didn't seem like the type to make things like this up.
Ah, yes, you were telling me about a bullying problem. [Blaine hesitates.] Is that still going on at your school? Or was, I guess.
[This is so strange to get used to.]

It's...kind of a constant at McKinley. Being a Cheerio helps though. No one would even think about it when I'm wearing that uniform, so it actually isn't the worst that it's ever been.

[Blaine then decides that perhaps a change in subject is required.]
How do you like it in Wonderland?
Reply
Wonderland is terrible. There's the insane events, and our Mirrors, and whatever the Queen is plotting...basically Wonderland gets a sick enjoyment out of our misery.
[Pause.] ...The closets are nice though.
Reply
Ah, I've heard about the closets. Do they really work?
Reply
[Talking about the closets makes him smile though.] Absolutely. I'm actually able to keep myself even more well-dressed here than at home, since everything is free and I don't have to worry about exceeding credit card limits.
Reply
[Yes, a smile!] Haha, yeah, that'd definitely help! I'll have to try that out when I find myself a room.
Reply
And you should! They're incredibly useful, and not just for clothing. I almost wish I could take one home with me.
Reply
That would be really useful. I think I prefer going to an actual store, though. What other things can these closets...I guess, "make?"
