THE VIEWS EXPRESSED IN THIS LIVEJOURNAL ARE SOLELY THOSE OF THE AUTHOR AND ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE ORGANIZATIONS HE OR SHE MAY REPRESENT.
and if you have a rpoblem with the things i've mentioned previously, talk to me yourself when you're ready to, and don't send a messenger. it's unfair to the messenger.

I'm all for the fact that you have a journal (who doesn't now adays!?) and you're completely entitled to voice your opinions in the way that you have. You have an eloquent style of writing and clearly you have a grasp on how to get your opinions across, but you need to realize that they are JUST opinions, and they are not necessarily reality - especially since your problems are not echoed by anyone else on your cusert team.
You need to get over the fact that you can't get everything you want in life. You can't get something for nothing, you aren't going to get the "best" position just because you told someone you want it, you aren't going to call the shots, you aren't the leader - that's life. Work for what you want, and if you don't get it this time, work harder next time. And slamming doors and damaging private property and voicing your opinions and attacking other people unjustly is not only NOT the way to get what you want, but it's clearly just wrong.
Everyone is entitled to their feelings and it's a free country, you can say what you want on your own journal, but MY GOD, have some respect for the organization that YOU WORK FOR (not the other way around, sweetheart) and the people you work with. They are just as entitled to their opinions, views, and feelings as you are. Reading that entry was like reading a 14 year old's diary. You place blame everywhere else but yourself. It's time to grow up, little girl - start taking responsibility for your own actions and whether you like it or not, you're going to have to pay the price for your opinions.
Lighten up. And stop expecting everyone to be at your beckon call.
