you just can't fake the funk
yesterday was a very emotional day. i'm still very flustered with emotions.
i've become fed up with digital cameras lately unless it's that one nice $1,000 camera with manual focus and it takes the pictures right away. film developing has become easier and cheaper as of late. i can take a role of film and bring it in, only get the disc for abour $3, and if i really like some of the pictures, i can develope them for like $0.22. i bought 5 rolls of film for chicago, that's gunna be more than enough. i'm excited to see my brothers. i'm excited to be in the city again. i'm excited that evan is coming with us. i'm excited for the drive in the new car. i'm excited to show evan everything. i'm excited to get away for a while. i had a really good talk in the tub last night with alex. there is really no other person i would want more as a brother. i'm so damn blessed to be related to that kid in blood.

i took emily and buster for a walk on the boardwalk yesterday. walked from the rose garden to the box car in canal park. excited to get there to get something to eat. saw som friends. talked with them for a while. finally said good bye. then i turned around and it was closed. what a crappy way to end my night.
