If it's anything like the games, there should be a machine in the Pokecenter. It's just out of it's ball because it won't factoring stay in.

[Sho grabs a t-shirt from his backpack, throwing it on over his rocket uniform. It was unbelievable how gullible the people were in this city. He then pulls out the Pokeball and with a beam of red light, the Haunter is back in it.]

Alright, we got 7.5 minutes before it gets out again.
