He was furious. Anyone and everyone in the Death Eater organization know that their Lord and Mater was furious. Even Magic itself had turned darker, harder, blacker. No one was entirely certain what was going on, but when even Malfoy and Bellatrix couldn't speak to the Dark Lord without coming out with hex marks, well, something was going on.
It took about a week for Walburga Black's shouting to turn into loud wailing that her only son (never mind the one she crassly tossed out about two years ago) had died. Never mind that there was no body, and only the house elf's word to go on. Anyone with half a brain would try to... wait. No one really had time to think considering how much the Dark Lord was shouting, and sending people here and there to look for It.
Whatever It was. He never said. And no one in their right mind would ever connect the two disappearances. Would they?
