independence day.
SIGHHHHH* this 4th of July sucks. =(
I woke up at around 1PM today. I then ate and sat at the computer for a few hours, just listening to music. Around 3PM I went to Jimmy's house to hang out, because later on he was going to a BBQ party at his friend's house. So we just watched youtube stuff on his computer with some other people at his house. Around 5PM, Jimmy, his brother, and their friend drove to the BBQ party. I followed them in my car because Jimmy asked me to come along. Seriously, I didn't really want to go because I didn't know the host of the party, so it's kind of weird just going in there. Well once we got to the guy's house, we just sat there, talking. I then decided to leave because I wanted to go buy Sweetea. Jimmy later called me asking me if I was going to come back because a lot of people were there. I drove back there, and they left to buy ice. I didn't want to go into the house without my friends, so once again I left to go buy Hawaiian BBQ and went home after that.
I was talking to someone online when I got home and he asked me if I would like to go watch fireworks up in the Evergreen hills. Unfortunately, at that exact time, my mom called me and told me to drive the van to my cousin's house to pick her and my siblings up (they just got back from Vegas). Geez, perfect timing, huh? So, I had to go to my cousin's house, wait for an hour or so for them to finish talking to the relatives, then drive them home. Once we got home the fireworks already started, so it was too late to go up to the hills anyway. =(
What a day. Oh well, there's always next year..
