No, i never received that email! i saw you post about it on the forums though, i didn't think it was me :( I'm sorry but i assure you that i had packaged it correctly. i have no more left but i can refund you the $$ for the memo pad, & just keep the shipping costs. is that okay with you?

awww :( thats fine hon. im not mad at you or anything so please dont think i blamed you. just bummed that the post office did something to it. i showed it to hubby and we really do think it looks like someone took a letter opener to it.. anyway, thank you for offereng the refund. ill definately be back to buy from you again.

yeah i usually just tape up all the corners just in case, also to keep memos and things that shouldnt be sent thru the machine, you should put them in the 6x9 envies. or write dont machine on them, just to be safe. youd think do not bend or fold would keep it from being machines but i guess not.

oh i had a question, instead of sending a refund can i just have it as store credit? cause im interested in the water drops memo pad. lmk :) id just prolly turn around and use it on that memo anyway lol
