1) Maternity clinical >>>>>>>>> pediatrics. By a lot. And I'm much better about it/don't feel like a failure afterward. In fact, I feel kind of awesome. I mean, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against kids...but it's a tough specialty.
2) Since I have no classes on Wednesday and only one night class on Thursday, it's basically like I have a weekend in the middle of the week. And since I usually have a bunch of work to do on Sundays it's really about the same amount of time off.
3) LOST IS ON.
and it is so, so good.
I just finished watching it, and I have an intense headache that is probably the result of my being awake since 5:30am, running on six-ish hours of sleep for the second night in a row, still not being completely over the unholy disaster that was yesterday, and FREAKING THE HELL OUT over the dramz that just went down.
Where do I even begin??
Okay. This is not going to be coherent in the slightest, unless you watch Lost. And even then, it still won't be coherent.
1) SAYID. Sayid. What. What. Whaaaaat. Why are you evil and crazy. WHY. I don't...AGH
2) JIN WAS IN THE CLOSET JIN WAS IN THE CLOSET JIN WAS IN THE CLOSET no, not like in the proverbial homosexual closet but PHYSICALLY IN THE CLOSET WHY.
3) Who am I supposed to believe about Sayid's deal? Him being sent to actually kill the guy who looks like John Locke but is not John Locke (we'll call him NJL (not John Locke) for simplicity's sake) or him being sent to BE killed by NJL?
4) And, okay, it seems plausible to me that the temple people kind of sealed Sayid's fate after they labeled him as evil. If you were tortured for no reason, almost killed with no explanation, told you were evil, and then tossed around by Asian Temple Guy and NJL wouldn't you just be like SCREW THIS I'M NOW EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE. I mean seriously. Did no one see this coming? WTF! Claire's deterioration into darkness easily could have followed a similar progression.
5) Where is Jin???? He needs to reunite with Sun and he needs to do it now. I'm really, REALLY looking forward to a Sun/Jin centric episode in which all the flashbacks/forwards/flashes to a parallel timeline are of them and then they reunite on the island and I weep profusely.
6) Now I want to go watch all the Sun and Jin episodes ;_; I mean...they might be my favorite couple in Lost, although I do love Penny and Desmond. Oh man. Decisions. :>
