Why Do I Always......
Almost everyday, I think about my journal, lost and alone, sitting here waiting for me to update it, and it seems I never do. :( Months ago, I vowed I would start just jotting a line down here and there, to say what was going on in my life. And, I never do. But, I think that I will start writing a few lines here and there and start focusing on keeping this thing up to date. I've got a few new stories I need to post too, so keep your eyes open and remind me to keep my promise of keeping things current.
Oh, I just baked some experimental cookies. I didn't have any regular oatmeal and because I was too lazy to go to the store, I decided to try something different........I had a brand new box of cinnamon flavored instant oatmeal, so I used it instead of regular oatmeal and made peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies. Oh man they are good. They have a hint of cinnamon, just the right hint of peanut butter, and of course the tanginess of semi sweet chocolate chips. I'll have to remember this for the future!!! Yummy!!!
