My has it been this long?
Wow. I haven't used livejournal for years now..or well, possibly a year. Funny how I always end up getting a new name, and I promised myself that I would update as much as I could..but I always find myself getting a new screenname every time. I guess that's what is so great about the internet -- you can erase everything and start over.
What's new with moi...
College is still a pain. I'm hopefully trying to aim for Fall 2009 graduation..this means summer school FOREVER! Funny how I've had summer school since I started college a few years ago, and all those damn withdrawals... I just get so upset at how I lost a year because of family issues... It should never have had happened.
Scott is amazing! :) I spent Thanksgiving with his family. Depressing to think that I never spent it at home, but no one was home..mother was working. But if I think about it, Filipinos don't really spend Thanksgiving dinner with each other...... We're not descendants of Pilgrims. We eat baboy and pansit..not turkey! But the food was amazing! I just felt a bit off being there though. That's just me. Awkward.
I'm trying my hardest with everything. Graduate, hopefully get into law school and graduate again!
It feels cool working at the Capitol. I feel important, though it's not a big job.......More like (And I quote) "A college bullshit job".
The sorority scene is getting a bit old for me, but now that I crossed a little, it feels a bit different. Bahhh.. Instead of partying, I stay inside and study. What a nerd I am! I cry over not being able to study. Ugh. Well, when I turn 21, I'll make sure to make up for what I've lost.
Catching up with old friends are great.
