yoga teacher training.
I am working so hard, i mean every day for 12 hours of physical and mental work, it's like school but it's better than school because I'm allowed to be honest instead of trying all the time to be an artist and it is fantastic. Man i really love it. I think that i can really move something here because it's movement and it's raw poetry...getting people to these places of change.
i haven't figured out how to put that last one into something i can explain yet. but it is.
and dear r. he has been so supportive like making me dinner late at night and letting me give him assists when he is sore too and we are stumbling all over the place with our pained thighs, popping ibuprofin. and then, and THEN last night, look at this...
