That was the name of the panel on professionally published books containing gay relationships at Bitchin' Con. I found it astonishing for the fact that I am a prolific reader in the genre but not one of my favorite authors was mentioned. Most of the books that were recced seemed to be pirate swashbucklers, alpha/omega wolves, poly relationships and fairy tale re-writes.
I am just not 'with it' any more. If I ever had any coolness, it's gone. I enjoy mysteries with hot cops, suspense plots with ex-military guys, and teachers or bookstore owners navigating relationships with strong silent types. Definitely not what the readers at Bitchin' Con are into.
My favorite male/male authors are:
Josh Lanyon (especially the Adrien English and Mermaid Murders series)
Mary Calmes (especially A Matter of Time series)
Tere Michaels - Faith Love & Devotion series
Kaje Harper - Life Lessons series
Madeliene Urban & Abigail Roux - Cut & Run series
AJ Thomas - Least Likely Partnership series
