Word?
I've lost a word - it means something like customise but isn't.
I'm referring to a model I'm building at the moment (in Excel, not Lego more's the pity) and its purpose is to make our numbers more directly relevant to the position in the different regions rather than taking an overall view across the country.
So I want to be able to say that the model I'm developing will better [something] the target setting. There's a word for it, I'm sure there is, I used it all the time at the my last job when talking about getting departments to apply weightings to the risk areas in order to further [something] the evaluation of risks; but I can't remember what it is now.
Any suggestions?
