I'm working out of one of our Midlands offices today and the team that I normally squat with (the business term being hot-desking) have moved offices so I'm borrowing the office of one of the managers who's not in today and I've realised that these are my perfect working conditions. Small office to myself so I have my own space and can shut myself away for a bit of piece and quiet if I want; but opening out on to an open plan area so there's hustle and bustle and people to chat to if I want some distraction.

If only you could search job ads by the sort of accommodation the role offers!
