Marshmellows taste so much better melted in the microwave.
The Rolling Hills Baptist Youth Christmas Party 2005 schedule:
1st- people arrive and "mingle"
(min-gle, noun, to basically just walk around talking to random people)
2nd- everyone sits in a circle and gets into teams to take a Christmas Quiz (Team Gump/Taylor/Daryl/Steph/Craig won!)
3rd- Everyone gets into a different circle to play some game about a friut basket and Papa Johns.
4th- Time to eat our steak sandwhiches! Mine was nasty. Jesse's was good.
5th- Play a different game that involes wacking people with sticks and falling on little kids.
6th- Gift exchange time! First I got a little tiger in a little cage, then Mark took it from me and I got stuck with some ugly pink and white coat hanger thing. Then mama shoupe traded for some hair spray stuff that smells like Lysol.
7th- After picking up all the wrapping paper, we decided to play a good ole' fashion game of Sardines.
8th- Me, Nate, Andrew, Garrett, and Gump walked around for about half an hour looking for a bunch of people. We decided to give up until almost 8 people practically fell out of the only closet we didnt look in.
9th- My momma got there around 11:15 and took us home.
I'd say it was a hell of a church party. : )
OOh! OOh! Later, me and andie are going to the mall and, and, when we get there, we're going to get out picture taken with Santa Clause!! I just cant wait!
