01) oooh, back to your overnight roots! just make sure you don't go absolutely bonkers with that schedule and commute. which job are you in the running for for the fulltime/benefits: the overnight, or the 9-5? if you do the overnights and 9-5 at the same time, how long are you going to have to do that for? how far apart are they from each other?
02) wahoo! go you! it's a good thing you're going to be able to take some time off and enjoy yourself - you deserve it!
03) i don't know how people can work out without music.
04) oh man, let's see ... well, jack casey once told me drinking LOTS of water helps. just keep stuff around to keep you constantly thinking. put together your playlist and your breaks well ahead of time so you don't have to worry about it. that'll kill about an hour because maestro is, well, just like that. :) (i'm so glad WOKQ switched to ENCO!) around 4 am i used to get up and run a couple laps around the building when i had a few songs without having to hit anything, but since you do, just take a couple laps around the studio or down the hall during a commercial break. bring a meal to microwave so you can have "dinner" around 4 or so. that'll give you enough energy to wake up. and please, please, please - do NOT be like me - if you don't have the energy to drive afterwards, take a short nap! i don't want to hear about you crashing on the road! :(
that being said, i'm stoked and will gladly offer you much advice if you need it. and i've been thinking lately about getting my resume and demo together again when i get back to CT. thanks for giving me that kick in the butt a few weeks back :) i needed it.
