VIVA LILY.
here's what i'm going through (totally not being a drama queen, i can't even carry a normal conversation with people since i cracked my head open):
vertigo:
Vertigo is a feeling that you or your surroundings are moving when there is no actual movement. You may feel as though you are spinning, whirling, falling, or tilting. When you have severe vertigo, you may feel very nauseated or vomit. You may have trouble walking or standing, and you may lose your balance and fall.
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is an inner ear problem that causes a spinning or whirling sensation when you move your head. That sensation is called vertigo. This vertigo usually lasts for less than a minute. It may be mild, or it may be bad enough to cause nausea.

Physical symptoms can include: headache
dizziness, impaired balance, nausea and/or vomiting, fatigue or sleepiness, inability to sleep, decreased libido, sensitivity to noise or light, ringing in the ears, double or blurred vision, decreased sense of taste, smell, or hearing
Emotional symptoms may include:
irritability, anxiety, restlessness, depression, lack of emotion, emotional lability or mood swings, lack of ability to tolerate stress or alcohol, aggression
Cognitive or mental symptoms can include:
