Chocolate cupcakes
Well the attempt to make 40 cupcakes failed bad! The mix was really dry and didnt bake well. This is my first failure at making cupcakes (sigh) i guess there is always a first. My next project is either cookies or creme caramel, the only problem is i dont have a blowtorch to make the crispy toffee top.
I saw Star Trek the other day and found it pretty good, although at some points it was a lil corny. Wanted to see it with the boy but made dinner a lil too late to go see it... if i didnt have work tomorrow i would so go to a later session than the 6.30 one.
I'm making soup atm. It begins with chucking chicken stock and every known vegetable in the kitchen into a pot of boiling water. I dont know how full i'll be afterwards but at least its new and something i've not done before.
I went to the Winter Magic festival in the Blue mountains, the music wasnt too bad, the stalls were a lil concentrated on selling lots and lots of woolens such as beanie,gloves and scarfs. I bought my first fire devil sticks which i will practice with before i let them burn!!! BURN!!!! It has been a long time since i picked up devil sticks and hopefully it will all come back to me.
