after a long day of coding, debugging and sewing, i've come out with a completed homework assignment and a finished bustle. yay!

i think for the next bustle i'm going to narrow the bottom two layers. the length is better this time around, but i think it's probably too wide. also, the wire i used for this bustle is a lower guage than the one i used for the white one. all in all, it's better because it is more difficult to push out of place by skirts, but likewise it is pretty darn challenging to mold into place. i'm going to mess around with taking the finish off the buckle, just to make it look a little less shiny. shiny is not the look i am going for. sparkly shiny, maybe, polished shiny, no.
overall i am very happy with it. positively excited. :)
i still think it needs sparkly stuff. so uncharacteristic, i know. BUT IT'S STILL TRUE.
