I knew I was forgetting a site during my daily surf.
Got a new computer, and my history isn't on it. Forgot to check LJ!

My downstairs neighbours are trying to hammer something into the CONCRETE ceiling (not cement, concrete).
They are not using a hammerdrill, but a handheld hammer.
This will never work, it's just loud.
