Gwen never had been one to do things by halves. It had always been all or nothing for her (which sometimes made him wonder what she was doing with him). But pregnant? Hugely pregnant? And to think he'd been worrying about normal things, like her having second thoughts.
He managed to stop himself staring at her belly. “We need to talk.”
“Yes.”
“So... you going to come out from the kitchen?”
“In a minute.”
Oh, now that definitely wasn't normal! “Gwen?”
“Mmm?”
“You just dipped a gherkin in a jar of peanut butter.”
